📋 Description
• Support administrative departments and business units on ServiceNow platform • Work on configuration updates, defect resolution, access requests • Collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders • Assist with testing, documentation, and implementation of changes
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree • No prior professional experience required. • Experience with ServiceNow platform configuration (preferred) • Proficiency in JavaScript or similar scripting language (preferred) • Familiarity with integrations and APIs (REST/SOAP) and data exchange concepts (preferred) • Exposure to Agile delivery models, testing/UAT support, and technical documentation practices (preferred)
