📋 Description

• Lead a recruiting strategy maintaining 7–12 qualified legal candidates in the pipeline • Build outreach and referral relationships with law schools, trade associations, and professional networks • Track pipeline metrics and refine sourcing strategies • Conduct quarterly staffing analyses with attorney group leaders and department heads • Translate staffing intelligence into recruiting roadmaps and present projections to stakeholders • Facilitate hiring-manager kickoff meetings • Advocate for internal promotions, cross-training, and lateral moves where possible • Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms • Conduct direct candidate outreach and screen candidates through a standardized assessment process • Coordinate interviews and provide hiring teams with candidate packages • Drive hiring decisions, communicate offer details, coordinate background checks, and prepare candidates for onboarding • Support new-hire onboarding, introductions, and ongoing guidance • Monitor early employee progress, gather feedback, and address onboarding friction points • Identify, recommend, and optimize recruiting technology, tools, platforms, and processes

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of legal recruiting experience • 2–3 years of executive-level recruitment experience (required) • 2–3 years of stakeholder management experience (required) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Growth mindset and competitive drive • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work autonomously and hold oneself accountable • Ability to build trust quickly and communicate a vision effectively
