📋 Description

• Develop and execute the comprehensive CMMS strategy • Partner with client leadership to maximize system ROI and operational efficiency • Serve as the primary client advisor for CMMS-related initiatives • Present performance data, strategic recommendations, and system insights • Lead the platform change management program • Ensure adoption of new features and processes across account teams • Manage the pipeline of system enhancements, configurations, and support escalations with internal platform teams • Analyze system data to identify performance trends and generate actionable insights • Develop KPI dashboards for stakeholders • Identify, pilot, and scale best-in-class processes and system innovations • Maintain oversight of the Corrigo platform, including data integrity, feature releases, and system health • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Facilities, Finance, Sourcing, and Operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing CMMS/work order applications, preferably within a facilities management or performance management context • Expert-level proficiency in the Corrigo CMMS platform, including configuration, reporting, and system optimization • Demonstrated experience with data analysis, performance reporting, and using data to drive strategic decisions • Strong technical and analytical skills, with a process-oriented and data-driven mindset • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations • An undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Preferred: Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change • Preferred: A strategic mindset combined with superior analytical and problem-solving skills • Preferred: A strong customer service orientation with experience acting as a trusted advisor to clients • Preferred: Experience developing strategic roadmaps for technology platforms and championing innovation
