📋 Description

• Own and operate the Technical Project Management Office within Workplace Management Technology • Directly manage Project/Program Managers, set goals, conduct 1:1s, manage performance, coach team members, and own hiring/staffing decisions • Build team capability and bench strength, identify utilization gaps, and rebalance workloads • Establish consistent project/program management standards for status reporting, risk/issue escalation, and stakeholder cadence • Own backlog prioritization and sequencing frameworks, including scoring criteria and prioritization decisions • Own end-to-end delivery tracking for milestones, dependencies, risks, and status across active initiatives • Ensure ROI, business-case, and value assumptions are captured during requirements/intake handoff • Improve delivery operating mechanics, including SDLC/ADLC checkpoints, governance gates, and reporting templates • Represent the PMO in leadership and governance forums with source-backed portfolio status, risks, and resourcing updates • Partner with Product Management and Product Operations on intake-to-delivery handoffs • Build relationships with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to resolve dependencies and unblock delivery • Own portfolio-level executive reporting and delivery dashboards • Identify systemic delivery bottlenecks and drive process fixes • Adopt and lead AI tool usage, pilot high-value delivery use cases, scale successful workflows, and champion AI-enabled ways of working • Balance AI-driven efficiency with data integrity, governance, and source verification

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in project/program management • 3+ years leading a PMO or a team of project/program managers • Experience owning backlog/portfolio prioritization frameworks and delivery governance at scale across multiple concurrent workstreams • People management experience, including performance management, coaching, and team development • Strong command of SDLC/Agile delivery models, including sprints, releases, and gates, in a matrixed organization • Excellent executive communication skills • Rigorous, detail-oriented, and comfortable holding a team accountable to process and data quality • Hands-on fluency with AI tools, including generative AI assistants and AI-enabled reporting/analysis tools • Demonstrated track record using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent project/program management certification (preferred) • Experience in real estate, workplace management, facilities technology, or enterprise SaaS product organizations (preferred) • Experience with Agent-centric development practices (preferred) • Track record building or maturing ROI/business-case discipline within a requirements or intake process (preferred) • Experience leading AI adoption or digital-efficiency initiatives, including change management (preferred)
