📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve the repeatable program onboarding and offboarding/runoff playbook covering capacity, licensing, data feeds, collateral, and claims/TPA setup. • Supervise and develop Program Operations Manager(s). • Review program due-diligence coordination and DUA audit findings across the book. • Set and maintain the governance cadence for live programs, including status meetings and escalation paths. • Escalate cross-functional blockers involving Underwriting, Legal, Compliance, Reinsurance, Finance, and Technology. • Report portfolio-level program-operations health, including onboarding pipeline, audit remediation status, and runoff status, to the Chief Programs Officer. • Build and manage multi-workstream onboarding processes and a portfolio of concurrent program relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of program/project management experience in insurance operations, including 3+ years supervising a team, ideally in an MGA-oversight or program-fronting environment. • Direct experience building or running a repeatable multi-workstream onboarding process spanning underwriting, claims, compliance, and finance. • Experience managing a portfolio of concurrent program relationships, not just a single program. • PMP or equivalent project/program management certification (nice to have). • Prior fronting-carrier or program-administrator-side operations leadership experience (nice to have). • Familiarity with bordereau data flows and DUA audit processes (nice to have). • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
