📋 Description

• Continuously improve end-to-end program templates and plans for key office locations supporting clients’ Workplace Strategy • Meet with workstream leads to define milestones, build detailed project plans, and update status documentation • Manage program routines, reporting, dashboards, and escalation procedures • Partner with stakeholders and program leadership to align and execute program deliverables • Manage program plans and resolve risks and issues in a timely manner • Maintain relationships with client leaders and provide guidance and recommendations • Facilitate recurring meetings with client leaders and discuss critical program, project, and workstream topics • Provide guidance and support for major portfolio projects as Acting Program Manager • Monitor projects and workstream activities, identifying risks and action items • Facilitate weekly program-wide team meetings covering risks, milestones, and integration items • Nurture relationships with project-related client and enterprise workstreams • Hold regular stakeholder meetings to discuss risks, action items, deliverables, and recommendations • Partner with Construction Lead and consultants on vendor deliverables and coordination • Manage ad-hoc projects and workstream activities to enable progress and mitigate risk • Participate in Design Partner scope management and Consultant selection committees as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Experience or qualifications sufficient to manage programs, projects, workstreams, risks, issues, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder relationships are implied by the listed responsibilities • Ability to partner with Construction Lead, consultants, client leaders, project-related workstreams, and enterprise workstreams • Ability to manage vendor deliverables and coordinate with consultants • Ability to participate in design scope management and consultant selection committees
