• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance work orders for the assigned team using the CMMS • Optimize workload against labor availability • Maintain the asset database and track asset information and documentation across Facilities Management and Project Development Services • Liaise between facility technicians, management, and third-party service partners regarding work execution, scheduling changes, and manpower status • Improve work planning by collecting data, reviewing metrics, and implementing innovative approaches • Provide weekly reports to facility managers identifying schedule risks and gaps with resolution plans • Ensure CMMS standards and specifications are met • Document database changes and develop standard operating procedures for CMMS operations • Arrange special tools and equipment for jobs • Facilitate special work authorizations and permits as required
• High school diploma or GED • Minimum 5 years of experience in facility maintenance operations, including direct work planning and scheduling experience • Experience using CMMS systems to manage work for internal teams and third-party service providers • Extensive building systems knowledge, preferably across multiple disciplines • Bachelor’s degree in engineering management or a related field preferred; extensive work history may be considered in lieu of a degree • Facility-related experience, preferably in a large-scale retail setting • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Advanced computer skills • Experience with the Corrigo CMMS system • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
