📋 Description

• Perform annual preventive maintenance within a designated geographic territory • Complete hands-on repair and maintenance work to JLL standards and guidelines • Service HVAC, water chillers, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems • Maintain commercial properties in peak operational condition • Identify energy-saving opportunities through system and operational changes • Perform routine building maintenance, plumbing, and other tasks as necessary • Independently plan work assignments and perform duties with minimal direct supervision • Assist as a helper in other trades and in the general maintenance and operation of buildings and grounds • Travel by truck to various locations within a specified geography • Interact daily with teams in person, by phone, and via email

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial HVAC service and repairs or 5 years military experience that includes work on HVAC systems • High school graduate or GED • Universal CFC certification required • Hands-on skills and knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including pumps, motors, air handlers, automation/controls systems, and associated electrical systems • Ability to use industry-standard tools in accordance with all codes, laws, and regulations • Ability to use computers and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to navigate web-based applications and use handheld electronic devices • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage relationships with team members, contractors, building occupants, and clients • Knowledge of English language structure, spelling, composition, and grammar • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds • Ability to work outdoors, in mechanical/equipment rooms, and in extreme weather conditions • Ability to work around moving mechanical parts, heavy equipment, electrical hazards, fumes, chemicals, and loud noise
