📋 Description

• Partner with Corporate Solutions stakeholders to develop pricing solutions for new business pursuits, RFPs, renewals, expansions, and opportunity assessments • Work with Sales and Solutions teams to develop pricing strategy and processes • Integrate pricing inputs from Product Teams, Business Lines, Service Line SMEs, Account Management, pursuit teams, and global regions • Develop IFM service delivery and platform costs and document value propositions • Investigate and compile benchmarking data to support IFM pricing assumptions • Build accurate proforma profitability and cash flow models for fee modeling and deal approval • Participate in client sessions to validate data and clarify RFP responses • Prepare profitability measurement and fee modeling, pricing templates, benchmarking analyses, assumptions, risk identification, pricing exhibits, schedules, and deal approval documentation • Educate account teams on pricing assumptions and models during transition • Improve pricing and estimating tools using internal and external data • Enhance the firm's ability to communicate pricing estimates and savings opportunities • Maintain reporting and compliance standards • Develop expertise in asset-based pricing and FM operating expense estimating

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics or Accounting • 5 to 10 years of relevant Real Estate or other business experience • MBA is preferred • Advanced proficiency using Excel and PowerPoint • Strong financial and analytical skills • Knowledge of Corporate Solutions business lines and service delivery • Knowledge of facility management operations and service delivery • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Independent worker with a team player attitude • Strong organizational skills with emphasis on resourcefulness • Creative thinker and self-starter with focus, energy, and leadership ability to drive projects forward • Accuracy, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail • Ability to travel occasionally • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
