📋 Description

• Prepare project management reports and meeting minutes • Manage project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules • Maintain best-practice templates on SharePoint • Perform administrative duties including copying, travel coordination, expense report preparation, lunch organization, and WebEx meetings • Manage accounts receivable according to facilities, operations, and project-team guidelines • Maintain accounts receivable within planned working-capital limits • Assist the local team in meeting annual financial targets • Proactively manage project-related issues • Use and apply project-management tools and practices • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, memos, proposal responses, and research • Collaborate with stakeholders and leverage platform support • Assist with client communications, conferences, and events • Maintain project-assignment files and documents • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required • 1-3 years of experience working in a similar role • Detail oriented and organized; ability to proactively plan for multiple projects at a time • Strong written and oral communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft programs such as PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc. • Self-starter able to start and complete projects independently • Proactive approach to identifying additional work • Customer-focused and able to establish and maintain effective customer relationships • Able to deal effectively with ambiguity and change • Strong interpersonal savvy, diplomacy, and tact • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
