📋 Description

• Drive PMO strategy and operating model evolution for the account • Connect finance, business intelligence, sourcing, human resources, risk management, communications, and facilities management into unified delivery • Lead client-facing governance discussions and translate operational realities into actionable insights • Recommend solutions to strategic delivery and client satisfaction issues • Identify operational challenges, assemble stakeholders, facilitate ideation, and drive action plans • Serve as the subject matter expert for TRIRIGA and develop complex workflows • Optimize system configurations and troubleshoot sophisticated challenges • Own and maintain account playbooks and lessons learned • Design and lead onboarding programs and train trainers • Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development support to the Operations Manager and project coordination function • Oversee a midsized team, assign work, estimate staffing needs, maintain schedules, and ensure team success • Monitor operations, workload balance, performance, productivity, service, and quality standards • Support monthly forecasting and financial reporting with the account finance team • Maintain governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms for project health and portfolio performance • Lead special initiatives, process improvements, workflow optimization, and capability-building programs • Establish goals and priorities for new or revised services, programs, processes, standards, and operational plans

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record leading project management offices, delivery operations, or program controls functions in complex, multi-stakeholder environments • Direct relevant experience in field of work, which may include management experience • Typically requires university degree or relevant certification • Experience managing through team structures and developing operational capabilities • Advanced knowledge of specific professional disciplines in addition to operational knowledge of related work groups • Experience creating structure from ambiguity and improving existing processes • Deep expertise with TRIRIGA or comparable enterprise workplace management systems • Ability to design complex workflows, optimize configurations, and advise clients on system strategy • Subject matter expertise in project management fundamentals • Proven ability to train trainers and build scalable capability across teams • Strong grasp of capacity constraints, workload dynamics, service level pressures, and operational impacts • Ability to assess situations, engage stakeholders, develop solutions, and drive execution • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information and present technical information • Comfort working with budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes • Demonstrated ability to hold teams accountable, develop talent, and manage performance • Executive presence in client governance settings • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Visa sponsorship is not provided
