📋 Description

• Foster partnerships with the client’s Real Estate Organization and end users to cultivate innovative space solutions • Deliver planning services consistently and manage and report occupancy data within workplace programs and strategy • Translate data into actionable recommendations and support scenario planning • Align site-specific strategies with enterprise-wide portfolio priorities • Develop occupancy plans and sequence regional, site, and group-level moves • Resolve planning issues identified during client planning sessions • Ensure planning aligns with corporate guidelines and maximizes use of space • Recommend, educate, and enforce space policies, standards, procedures, and protocols • Notify the client of customer-requested exceptions and assist with site-specific planning strategies • Serve as a subject matter expert in the client’s workplace program and use data to drive productivity-enhancing solutions • Lead the Occupancy Planning and account team through client relationship management and strategic thinking • Respond flexibly to changing business needs and new requirements • Create business programming, restack programs, allocation plans, adjacency diagrams, test fits, migration plans, and move sequencing • Generate multiple solution options for complex occupancy problems including M&A, rapid growth, consolidations, and economic disruptions • Aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources • Manage allocations and maintain data accuracy using a CAFM/IWMS database • Coordinate with the Space Data Insights Team

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of work experience in strategic occupancy or space planning, interior office planning, or move/project management in a corporate real estate setting • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field preferred • Proficient in AutoCAD for test fit option development; intermediate to advanced proficiency preferred • Proficient in a CAFM/IWMS database such as FMS, Manhattan, Tririga, Archibus, or similar; intermediate to advanced proficiency preferred • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Acrobat • Capability to master client-specific programs • Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team • Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners • Comfortable with frequent or rapid change and able to adapt to shifting priorities • Working knowledge of occupancy utilization and office design principles and trends, including mobile or collaborative workplaces preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to tactfully deliver difficult messages and tailor information to the audience • Ability to lead through influence • Expert-level data analytical skills and ability to articulate stories through data • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with numbers and spatial creativity • Must be USA based • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
