📋 Description

• Provide Project Delivery Services (PDS/Construction) clients and internal stakeholders with optimization of JLL-managed services operations and sourcing strategies across the US • Execute PDS and IFM project strategic sourcing to drive the best total cost of ownership across client project portfolios • Enhance PDS strategic sourcing organization and delivery through collaboration with corporate sourcing and project management teams • Simplify processes through tools and communication to increase account and project team productivity • Use category intelligence and data analytics, including capital plans and project demands, to set strategy and drive results • Advance the preferred supplier program within PDS • Manage and execute RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes for subcontracted goods and services • Ensure compliance with JLL sourcing, contracting, risk management, and ethics policies • Coordinate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management on contractual terms and approvals • Establish priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues with Operations teams and project personnel • Support development of diversity programs and mentor/educate suppliers • Participate in and provide leadership to Preferred Supplier performance review meetings • Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and organization skills • Strong analytical ability • Proven ability to lead teams • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university • 5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience • Proven track record and deep experience within the construction management industry • Excellent PC skills and proficiency in MS Office applications • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Project management and business transitions experience preferred • Knowledge of supply base and/or sourcing business practices specific to the Construction and Real Estate industry a plus
