📋 Description

• Direct project management services on assigned JLL client projects • Oversee project implementation and execution through construction completion • Manage small ground-up projects encompassing programming, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting, and construction management • Develop project budgets including hard and soft costs • Manage consultant and contractor teams • Maintain client relationships and provide on-site supervision • Involve in business development activities • Train JLL team members and identify areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risk

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent • 7-15 years of experience in project management, preferably in Corporate Interiors • Experience in managing multiple diverse types of Corporate Interiors projects, varying from $1M to $50M • Experience managing remote teams and coordinating across multiple locations • Firm knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industry • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. • Strong preference to possess a LEED, AIA, PE, PMP • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Project • Proficiency with Google Applications
