📋 Description

• Lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously across JLL’s national and global commercial real estate portfolio • Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor • Deliver strategic solutions that achieve client portfolio goals • Collaborate across JLL platforms to maximize client value • Define program goals for large-scale, complex project portfolios spanning multiple markets and asset types • Develop and implement standardized processes, playbooks, and tools • Provide consolidated reporting on schedule, budget, risk, and opportunity metrics • Track portfolio performance against client-specific KPIs • Identify and resolve risks, remove roadblocks, and facilitate stakeholder alignment • Improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency • Manage internal and external stakeholders, including client executives, project teams, vendors, and JLL service lines • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions • Facilitate reprioritization conversations when conflicts arise • Lead project teams, allocate workloads, and foster continuous learning and professional development • Execute team strategies supporting P&L objectives and JLL’s market position • Cultivate client relationships, identify cross-selling opportunities, and contribute to business development • Monitor project profitability to support client satisfaction and financial performance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in real estate/project/program management • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across different project types and markets • Experience with projects throughout the full real estate lifecycle (planning, design, construction, occupancy) • Track record of managing diverse stakeholder groups and building effective relationships at all levels • Demonstrated success communicating with C-suite executives and managing varying expectations • Experience working across multiple markets, preferably globally, with ability to navigate regional differences • Comprehensive knowledge of real estate development processes, approvals, and regulations • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to connect strategic vision to tactical execution • Advanced organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent initiatives • Expertise in project scheduling and budget management • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, including Smartsheet • Strong contract management capabilities • Knowledge of disciplined project management methodologies • PMP certification preferred • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Understanding of standard business and accounting practices • Proficiency in AI tools and applications for project management, data analysis, and process optimization • Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, business management, finance, or engineering • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
