📋 Description

• Support Integrated Facilities Management clients and internal stakeholders with optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies • Deliver supplier and operational improvements while leading and executing strategic initiatives • Provide support, instruction, and follow-up to operations teams on RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes • Create and track Sourcing Requests for contract extensions, renewals, and new services • Liaise between Shared Services, Corporate Legal, and Risk Management • Ensure contractual terms and conditions receive formal legal and risk management review and approval • Assist the Sourcing Leader with work priorities and complete deliverables on time • Resolve issues with operations teams, temporary help, and project-specific personnel • Provide analysis and compliance reporting to the Sourcing Lead • Identify risks, actions, and compliance gaps between procurement and work order systems • Complete system audits to ensure KPI reporting accuracy • Ensure compensation rates in Work Order systems align with service agreements • Update rates according to contractual increases and service level changes

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of strategic sourcing experience • Microsoft Office proficiency • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills • Strong analytical ability • Proven ability to work independently while supporting teams in a decentralized environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills
