📋 Description

• Manage procurement activities to support organizational goals and ensure timely delivery of goods and services • Issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to suppliers • Generate purchase orders (POs) and manage the procurement lifecycle to meet delivery schedules and program objectives • Monitor supplier performance and address delivery issues • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with business needs • Use procurement tools and systems to track and manage purchase orders and supplier performance • Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience • Experience generating purchase orders and managing suppliers to ensure on-time delivery • Experience working in a procurement or supply chain role • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required • Experience with procurement systems or tools, such as ERP systems • Experience with SAP systems • Familiarity with FAR/DFARS requirements • Experience in supplier management and engagement • Knowledge of procurement processes in the aerospace or defense industry
