📋 Description

• Develop and implement category-specific strategic sourcing strategies aligned with business needs and budget objectives • Identify cost savings opportunities through market analysis, supplier consolidation, and process improvements • Conduct supplier evaluations and competitive bid processes, including RFx development and management • Negotiate supplier terms, pricing, and service level agreements to achieve optimal value and mitigate risk • Manage supplier relationships throughout the contract lifecycle • Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and address performance issues or service gaps • Collaborate with operations, finance, legal, and business unit leaders to align procurement activities with organizational goals • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contract terms, and applicable regulations while maintaining documentation and audit trails • Analyze spend data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks • Lead cross-functional sourcing teams for complex initiatives • Develop supplier scorecards and performance metrics • Monitor market conditions, pricing trends, and industry best practices to inform sourcing decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or related field • 5–7 years of progressive procurement or sourcing experience • Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success achieving cost savings and favorable contract terms • Proven experience managing strategic supplier relationships and conducting competitive sourcing processes • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in spend analysis and data-driven decision making • Strong project management capabilities, including managing multiple concurrent initiatives • Proficiency with procurement systems, contract management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills • Understanding of contract law, risk management, and procurement best practices • Professional certifications such as CPM, CPSM, or CSCP are preferred • Experience with e-procurement platforms and sourcing tools is beneficial • Knowledge of sustainability and responsible sourcing practices is valued • Experience in global or multi-regional sourcing environments is valued • Familiarity with facilities management, real estate services, or corporate services procurement is valued • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • This position does not provide visa sponsorship
