📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor for client real estate transactions • Attend and actively participate in client meetings and conference calls • Improve client transaction management processes • Collaborate with clients and team members to resolve tenant-landlord issues • Manage building tours and transaction reporting for clients • Understand client real estate requirements • Independently manage and execute lease transactions • Select, engage, and manage brokers for lease transactions • Negotiate favorable economic and flexible lease terms • Review lease documents and create lease abstracts and summaries • Gather and evaluate market data and property information • Research landlords, companies, and potential subtenants • Negotiate letters of intent, leases, and other transaction documents • Prepare commission invoices and track transactions in proprietary systems • Assist Global Portfolio Services Lead and Account Director with client deliverables • Create and maintain financial reports and key performance metrics • Ensure accuracy of portfolio data • Develop occupancy cost-saving strategies • Evaluate alternative occupancy solutions and financial structures • Manage surrender of premises or decommissioning projects when needed • Support global client portfolios across North America and LATAM, with occasional EMEA and APAC support • Travel as required based on client and transaction needs

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of commercial real estate transactions or leasing experience • Knowledge of real estate and lease terminology • Strong negotiation skills and transaction execution experience • Experience in corporate real estate with understanding of client service requirements • Strong analytical abilities, both financial and qualitative • Expertise with complex commercial lease structures • Proficiency with TME, CoStar and other specialized real estate databases • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Active real estate brokerage or salesperson's license preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related field preferred
