📋 Description

• Promote and sell the Impella® product line to established customers, including physicians and Heart Teams • Identify new physicians and hospitals and lead efforts to activate new centers • Create account and territory business plans and build programs • Exceed sales targets for the assigned territory • Initiate Impella® development activities to increase market awareness • Lead clinical teams supporting Impella® adoption in the assigned territory • Attend cases and provide comprehensive guidance to physicians and staff on the Impella® product portfolio • Drive territory growth and support positive patient outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience with 2+ years of cardiovascular medical device sales experience for Associate Area Manager role • Minimum 8+ years of sales experience with 5+ years of cardiovascular medical device sales experience for Area Manager role • Proven track record selling into a Cath Lab or surgical suite • Proven track record leading and motivating teams to achieve quotas • Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology • Direct patient support experience • Availability for emergent patient care • Ability to drive patient outcomes • Ability to travel up to 50% overnight • Ability to conduct duties in accordance with state and federal medical device industry laws and regulations • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 7 years of cardiology industry experience • Experience selling within the assigned geography preferred • Established relationships with Interventional Cardiologists and Cath Lab staff in the posted territory preferred • Proven track record of technology adoption and market development preferred
