📋 Description

• Lead the area Therapy Advancement field team consisting of Regional Therapy Advancement Managers • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, including performance management, succession planning, and development planning • Coach and directly manage RTAM performance in collaboration with their management • Identify priority accounts and align objectives with area and national leadership • Develop commercial goals, ensure accountability, and lead the team to meet organizational objectives • Serve on the sales area leadership team to influence strategy and decision-making • Engage health system administration and hospital leadership to advance access to care and improve patient outcomes • Promote resources from Commercial Marketing, Professional Education, Health Economics & Market Access, and Strategic Customer Group • Increase awareness of atrial fibrillation and related treatment options among hospital administrators, physicians, and referral networks • Connect physicians with commercial and strategic marketing initiatives • Plan and execute national-level marketing projects and campaigns • Collaborate with field sales teams and maintain communication with RTAMs, sales leadership, and MedTech EP leadership • Ensure Health Care Compliance rules, mandatory training, expense reporting, and administrative requirements are followed • Drive and stand for long periods, including while wearing a lead apron and observing electrophysiology cases

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum of 8 years of professional work experience • 4+ years of sales and marketing experience • Previous experience in the medical device industry • People leadership experience • Strong presentation and communication skills • Ability to build strong customer relationships with a consultative approach • Expertise establishing and maintaining strategic relationships across an organization • Inclusive and Growth / Visionary Mindset • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with a sense of urgency • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills • Valid driver’s license • Ability to travel up to 60%, including overnights and/or weekends • Residence within, or willingness to relocate to, the geography • Ability to drive and stand for long periods, particularly while wearing a lead apron and observing electrophysiology cases • Preferred: prior sales and/or clinical experience in electrophysiology • Preferred: prior sales and/or clinical experience in cardiovascular therapeutic areas • Preferred: Master’s degree or equivalent
