📋 Description

• Directly supervise new Clinical Account Specialist hires throughout their early development • Provide guidance to ensure consistent progress and operational readiness • Partner with the Regional Business Director on recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management • Oversee regional training effectiveness and optimize clinical coverage • Implement strategic hiring and development plans to improve regional CAS performance and build the CAS talent pipeline • Collaborate with the Regional Technology Specialist and Territory Managers to align commercial and clinical objectives • Work with Commercial Education, the RTS, and EP CAS Field Trainer to drive CAS talent development and commercial execution • Provide strategic oversight and continuity in CAS development, bridging training delivery and commercial integration • Support electrophysiology clinical and commercial objectives across Western and Northern Virginia

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree) • Proven ability to manage and develop clinical talent within a high-performance team environment • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders • 5+ years of experience in EP mapping procedures with clinical and commercial talent (preferred) • 2+ years of clinical training or clinical education experience (preferred) • Experience with CARTODAY scheduling and EP clinical training programs is highly desired • Approximately 60% travel within assigned region • Willingness to work in hospitals/EP labs and professional office settings • Ability to sit for extended periods, work in a hospital laboratory setting, attend live patient cases, wear protective gear such as lead aprons, and work variable hours to meet patient needs
