📋 Description

• Advance the Company’s sales of orthopedic surgical products by providing clinical and logistical expertise in hospitals and operating rooms • Independently cover surgical cases and guide and assist surgeons with clinical and technical support • Serve as the sole Company representative at surgeries and ensure proper equipment is available and functioning • Troubleshoot and use independent judgment to respond to physician needs and customer requests • Handle hospital billing and build and close purchase orders • Share customer, procedural, and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams • Prepare sales reports and documents as needed • Provide Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department consultation • Maintain, track, and deploy equipment and assets throughout the assigned area • Ensure product availability and promotional materials are maintained in presentable condition • Ensure DePuy Synthes services and offerings meet quality standards • Move instruments, implants, and equipment between sales representatives and hospitals • Support assigned territories as needed and travel within the U.S. or relocate within the assigned geographic region

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate Degree, or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) plus minimum of 2 years of professional experience, or minimum of 4 years of professional experience, or recently transitioned from Active Military Duty • Ability to travel within the U.S. as necessary, including frequent overnight and/or weekend travel • Residence in or ability to relocate to a geographic region assigned by the Company • Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment • Valid driver's license issued in the United States • Strong interpersonal communication, influencing, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills required • Experience in data analysis and excellent problem-solving skills • Results orientation and prioritization • Ability to work independently and autonomously • Ability to work in a complex organization and team structure • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret, communicate, and work in complex environments • Functional knowledge of human anatomy and physiology • Basic knowledge of surgery • Strong technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols, and solutions preferred • If under 18, may need necessary working papers or other documentation required by state law and parent’s consent for background check
