📋 Description

• Assess and increase clinical competency for the assigned field organization • Identify clinical training gaps, resources, and improvement toward certification • Launch new technologies and achieve geographically aligned business objectives • Provide technical and clinical product support to EP physicians and laboratory staff • Support advanced cardiac ablation procedures using electrophysiology systems and catheters • Build relationships with physicians and EP laboratory staff to foster interest in new products and indications • Coordinate with Territory Managers, Field Service Engineers, Field Management, Sales, Marketing, and Global Education and Training • Develop and execute workgroup-wide certification and clinical development plans • Measure learning and growth within the assigned workgroup • Train physicians and EP/IC Lab staff on electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment, including the CARTO System • Educate customers on electrophysiology products and share best practices • Coach workgroups on consultative selling techniques and identify sales opportunities • Facilitate TM and CAS contact with key decision makers to drive incremental business • Develop customer relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, administrators, and hospital staff • Stay current on product instructions for use, technical troubleshooting, scientific literature, and new product information • Respond to customer and partner requests by email and voicemail • Complete field visit letters, training summaries, account documentation, compliance training, expense reports, and company system input • Provide case support, set appointments, present clinical and technical information, and ensure optimal equipment usage • Maintain Safe Fleet standards and comply with health, safety, environmental, federal, state, local, and company requirements

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree, or 5 years of relevant professional work experience • Excellent oral communication skills, including group presentations • Excellent written communication skills • Solid organizational and time management abilities • Valid driver's license issued in the United States • Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally • Certification in cardiology technology, such as IBHRE or RCES, and EP clinical experience preferred • Managerial or supervisory experience preferred • Live in the assigned geography preferred • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products • Ability to comply with applicable federal, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures
