📋 Description

• Drive sales in the assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives • Engage with customers both face to face and virtually • Develop and implement business and territory call plans and live/virtual engagement strategies • Build rapport and relationships with customers in live and virtual environments • Use internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities • Compliantly leverage product and disease state knowledge using approved information and patient resources • Demonstrate market knowledge and uncover barriers and drivers across Public Health, Private Market, Retail, and other channels • Collaborate with Field Medical, Account Management, and other cross-functional colleagues to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives • Complete administrative expectations, including customer call entry, expense submission, and responses to internal requests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree; or associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience; or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales/promotional activity, entrepreneurship, marketing, customer service/account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, education, or full-time military experience • Must live within 25 miles of the territory border • Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record meeting company standards • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies the applicant • At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, or medical-related marketing experience preferred • Prior vaccines experience strongly preferred • Strong track record of sales or marketing success • Territory management skills, communication skills, teamwork, leadership ability, and accountability • Experience with vaccines therapeutic area and products preferred • Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets preferred • Reside within the territory boundaries preferred • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is unavailable now and in the future
