📋 Description

• Partner with Oncology senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify, design, and optimize operational processes • Translate strategy into disciplined execution and drive consistent implementation across the field sales organization • Develop and implement scalable field operational capabilities • Establish and lead operational workstreams for field deployment, incentive compensation, field reporting, technology enablement, performance metrics and dashboards, learning and development planning, external sales organization management, field business planning, account and roster management, targeting, onboarding, and national field meetings • Lead planning and operational oversight for national and field meetings • Develop manager coaching resources, field coaching reports, and performance metrics • Liaise with senior sales leaders and Learning & Development to develop and deploy field training content and learning plans • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Leadership, Commercial Excellence, Analytics, Technology, Incentive Compensation, and other partners • Support new-hire onboarding, field business planning and reviews, account-list management, roster management, deployment, and targeting • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance measures • Manage priorities, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations across concurrent workstreams • Identify and scale operational best practices to strengthen customer engagement and organizational effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare industry • Demonstrated experience supporting or partnering with a field sales organization • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, planning, project management, and problem-solving capabilities • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix environment, influence without direct authority, and communicate with senior leaders • Ability to manage competing priorities, identify and assess risk, and deliver high-quality work independently and collaboratively • Ability to travel up to 30%, including overnight travel as required • Oncology or other specialty-market experience preferred • Field sales, field leadership, sales operations, or commercial excellence experience preferred • Experience with field deployment, incentive compensation, reporting and dashboards, customer targeting, business planning, or learning and development preferred • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and access from patient and provider perspectives preferred • People management or team leadership experience preferred • Strong technology utilization, presentation, facilitation, and change-management capabilities preferred • Commitment to learning and applying emerging technologies such as AI preferred
