📋 Description

• Lead planning and operational oversight for national and field meetings • Partner with national and regional field leaders to develop manager coaching resources, field coaching reports, and performance metrics • Liaise between senior sales leaders and Learning & Development to develop, enhance, and deploy field training content and learning plans • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Leadership, Commercial Excellence, Analytics, Technology, Incentive Compensation, and other partners • Support new-hire onboarding, field business planning and reviews, account-list management, roster management, deployment, and targeting • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance measures for field leadership • Manage priorities, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations across concurrent workstreams • Identify and scale operational best practices to strengthen customer engagement and organizational effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare industry • Demonstrated experience supporting or partnering with a field sales organization • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, planning, project management, and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and influence without direct authority • Ability to communicate with senior leaders • Ability to manage competing priorities, identify and assess risk, and deliver high-quality work independently and collaboratively • Ability to travel up to 30%, including overnight travel as required
