• Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to EP/IC physicians and staff on AcuNav™ and SOUNDSTAR™ catheters • Provide clinical and technical assistance and training on electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment, including CARTO®, CARTOSOUND™, CARTOMERGE™, and Stockert RF generator, during procedures • Educate customers on electrophysiology products and provide in-service training • Share best practices to increase customer value • Use consultative selling techniques to identify sales opportunities within accounts • Create awareness of electrophysiology solutions and facilitate Territory Sales Manager contact with key decision makers • Plan and schedule activities to maximize customer case support • Collaborate with regional teams, Territory Managers, EP CAS, other ULS CAS, Marketing, Field Service Engineers, and Regional Business Directors • Maintain communication with external partners • Develop and share best practices with US Field Sales and Service colleagues • Build and grow customer relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, clinical and hospital administrators, and staff • Stay current on product instructions for use, best practices, technical troubleshooting, scientific literature, and new product information • Respond appropriately to requests in high-stress environments while maintaining composure and problem-solving focus • Engage in diagnostic dialogue with internal and external stakeholders and formulate solutions • Mentor new electrophysiology commercial team members as requested • Perform other assigned duties
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant professional work/military experience • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical echocardiography lab • Must have and maintain certification as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in adult or pediatric echocardiography • Must have and maintain advanced clinical ultrasound and echocardiography knowledge • Maintain clinical knowledge of the healthcare industry, disease states, and therapeutic and institutional trends • Valid driver's license issued in the United States • Advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and cardio imaging • Technical knowledge of electrophysiology technology and advancements • Ability to travel up to 40% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally, sometimes on short notice • Ability to work extended periods in hospital laboratory settings, attend live patient cases, wear protective gear, and work variable hours • May be required to lift up to 60 lbs. • Electrophysiology/Cath Lab or EP/Cardiovascular Device Industry experience strongly preferred • CEPS (IBHRE), RCES, or RCIS certification strongly preferred • Experience with highly complex technical systems or critical patient care settings preferred • Ability to communicate effectively and timely with coworkers and patient care teams • Ability to work autonomously and flexibly in a dynamic environment • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability in high-pressure environments • Ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable insights
