📋 Description

• Proactively manage, track, and process an active, continuous portfolio of 200 to 250 plus intricate and complex claims following initial training • Handle a steady daily volume of 50 to 80 inbound and outbound phone interactions from businesses, insurance companies, and individual claimants • Investigate and evaluate auto/property damage claims to determine accurate coverage, loss, liability, and settlement values • Maintain absolute accuracy through real-time data entry updates and concise documentation in proprietary claims databases and tracking platforms • Maintain compliance with daily shift scheduling, operational file timelines, and key volume performance metrics • Work closely with businesses, insurance carriers, and individual claimants to drive precise tracking and closure

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience navigating high-volume, data-heavy desk transactional software queues, such as Billing, Fintech, Claims, or high-volume call centers • Dedicated, long-term individual contributor career-track orientation • Comfortable working in a stationary desk environment with structured performance monitoring • Background or training in details-first compliance industries such as Medical Billing, Coding, CNA, or corporate collections/fintech support highly preferred • Quiet, dedicated home workspace required • Secure, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi connection required • Ability to handle difficult callers • Ability to manage high transaction volumes and structured performance metrics
