• Clearly communicate the value of the firm’s legal services • Maintain organized lead pipelines and communication schedules • Maintain accurate records within CRM and firm systems • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients (PNCs) • Conduct initial consultations and discovery conversations with leads • Gather relevant information regarding potential legal matters • Conduct consistent and strategic follow-up with prospective clients • Facilitate a seamless transition from prospect to client • Guide prospective clients through the consultation and retention process • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry through retention
• 3+ years of experience in: Sales, Intake, Client Success or Business Development • Experience converting prospects into paying clients or customers • Strong customer service background • Experience working in high-emotion or consultative environments preferred • Must be fluent in English.
