📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of product management and delivery professionals • Set goals, provide coaching and feedback, and foster a collaborative, accountable, growth-oriented culture • Oversee roadmap planning, execution, and delivery of technology products, platforms, and initiatives • Align technology products and initiatives with ACS strategic priorities and technology roadmap • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to define product/platform vision and prioritize features • Manage demand intake and governance • Manage portfolio-level resources, budgets, and vendor engagements • Monitor and report on portfolio health, progress, risks, ROI, and business-outcome alignment • Improve ACS product and portfolio management practices, tools, and governance frameworks • Ensure compliance, cybersecurity measures, technology maintenance, and technical debt improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree required • PMP, CSPO, or SAFe POPM certification required • 8-10 years of IT product, program, or portfolio management experience • 3+ years in leadership/people management roles • Proven experience managing, recruiting, developing, and leading teams • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of budget planning, financial tracking, and resource allocation • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, PMBOK, ITIL, and DevOps principles • Knowledge of portfolio governance, demand intake, and capacity planning processes • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills • Proficiency with Planview, Jira, ADO, or equivalent portfolio management and agile delivery tools • Ability to work after hours, weekends, and holidays as needed • Occasional travel of 10-15% may be required
