📋 Description

• Directs and leads strategy for assigned Geisinger institutes and platforms aligned with their respective business development plans • Create regional strategies using geo-targeted data to support local platform business plans • Implements a framework that aligns with business development plans and strategies designed to ultimately enhance the Geisinger brand, engage patients, increase market share, and achieve business goals • Develops proactive marketing strategies, marketing plans and initiatives to attract and retain customers (patients and members) to Geisinger • Facilitates the execution of strategic plans seeing projects to successful completion within defined budgets and timelines • Keeps abreast of the regional competitive environment, clinical advances, technological enhancements and industry trends • Monitors issues that could negatively affect Geisinger’s brand or services in the region

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree- (Required) • Minimum of 7 years-Marketing (Required)
