📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted guide, explaining University policies, Financial Aid guidelines, and Title IV regulations • Provide personalized, student-centered support • Manage a student caseload using proactive communication • Manage student Accounts Receivable, including document collection, student payments, and financial aid • Monitor and facilitate voucher collection and submission • Refer students to appropriate departments and campus resources • Navigate multiple systems and reports to support students • Communicate with students by phone, email, video, and chat • Handle escalated student concerns and resolve challenges • Execute outreach and communication strategies to strengthen engagement and student success • Monitor academic progress, identify at-risk populations, and support successful program completion • Use coaching techniques to build relationships and motivate students toward graduation • Provide ideas and resources to improve student satisfaction, persistence, and achievement • Collaborate across departments to deliver a connected student experience • Share University updates and contribute to departmental initiatives and special projects • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in recruiting, advising, student services, retention, academic counseling, marketing, educational services, or customer service required • Experience in a fast-paced, student- or customer-focused environment preferred • Background in academic advising and course enrollment within a college or university setting preferred • Experience supporting online students preferred • Experience with Financial Aid or Title IX regulations preferred • Experience interpreting and ensuring compliance with federal regulations and guidelines preferred • Experience in higher education and technology-driven environments preferred • Solid understanding of academic and business practices in an online learning environment • Familiarity with University policies and procedures • Strong customer service mindset • Excellent communication and active listening skills • Skilled at de-escalating and resolving student concerns • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Creative and logical problem-solving ability • Comfortable using word processing tools, databases, internet navigation, SMS, live chat, and email systems • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint) • Strong communication and public speaking abilities • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Must be eligible to receive access to the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS)
