📋 Description

• Support the Director of Enrollment in directing the daily operations of the University’s Admissions Department • Direct the daily operations of an Admissions team • Lead Enrollment Advisors and supporting team members to help prospective learners complete applications and enroll • Provide coaching on live and recorded calls • Develop and conduct training programs to improve Enrollment Advisors’ skills • Mentor and guide team members • Develop and implement short- and long-term applicant recruitment strategies • Ensure team application conversion targets are achieved • Lead the process of working and managing lead and applicant flow • Prepare and maintain conversion rates and related reports • Ensure follow-up with assigned leads via telephone or email • Ensure communications are documented within the system • Track and monitor schedules and attendance • Administer payroll and timecard reporting • Ensure Enrollment Advisors remain consistently on task • Oversee the Admissions and Enrollment floor in the absence of the Director of Admissions • Attend Enrollment Leadership Team meetings • Uphold University standards of conduct and policies and procedures • Identify opportunities and recommend improvements • Participate in training and continuous education • Supervise Enrollment Advisors • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Five (5) years Enrollment, Admissions, or Sales/Operations experience • Three (3) years leadership experience preferred • Experience in higher education preferred • Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise preferred • Working knowledge of office management/systems within a higher education environment preferred • Intermediate use of computers and Microsoft Office Suite Applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook • Knowledge of academic and business workings of a higher education institution • Knowledge of financial aid processes • Knowledge of leadership principles and practices • Skill in verbal and written communication • Skill in operating equipment, such as personal computer, fax, copier, phone system • Ability to use and facilitate online communications • Ability to problem-solve • Ability to understand and interpret the needs of prospective Learners • Ability to compute and comprehend rates, ratios and percentages • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from prospective Learners, University associates, licensing and accrediting agencies and the general public • Ability to collaborate effectively with others • Ability to build and motivate a team • Demonstrated ability with enrollment information systems and web-based recruitment • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Word and other applications in the Microsoft Office suite • Reasonable and consistent attendance to fulfill requirements of the position
