📋 Description

• Support the development, curation, organization, and distribution of instructional resources for staff, faculty, and students • Maintain training and attendance records • Input data and verify information accuracy and timeliness • Create and organize analytical reports and presentations • Perform administrative and clerical duties • Provide general office assistance • Work on special projects assigned by the selected department, aligned with stated interests and career goals

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a current National University student • Must have completed a current FAFSA • Ability to work up to 25 hours per week with a varied schedule • Must be willing and able to handle material confidentially • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Excellent time management skills • Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions • Ability to complete projects in a timely manner • Outstanding organizational and critical thinking skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of diverse cultures • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and changing priorities
