📋 Description

• Manage the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of custom Workday reports and dashboards. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to maximize system functionality and report generation. • Provide support activities, including research, issue resolution, and support of training initiatives within Workday. • Conduct complex audits and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance regularly. • Organize and manage HR data across multiple affiliates in the National University System.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in computer science, information systems, human resources, or related discipline preferred. • Two-three years of related professional experience in a role that relies heavily on data administration and analysis. • Workday configuration/administration (HCM, integrations, Workday Studio, security, business processes, recruiting, payroll, absence, time, compensation, dashboards). • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and graphs required. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills while interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.
