• Sell the full product offering, with an added focus on Tiling, Surface Preparation & Sealants • Create demand at the contractor and end-user level • Support national and regional demand-creation initiatives and maximize their value through communication and metrics • Support daily customer needs, including samples, complaint handling, and general administration • Troubleshoot account problems and facilitate technical solutions for customers • Provide product training and technical advice at onsite and offsite locations • Conduct product demonstrations in line with Territory Manager growth initiatives • Understand key trends in local markets, distributors, and DSRs
• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field preferred • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills • Passion for hands-on product demonstrations • Positive, resourceful, can-do attitude • Familiarity with selling through distribution preferred • Ability to travel 50% of the time
