📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and directly manage a team of Field Reimbursement Managers with access and fulfillment responsibilities • Execute the PECS Field Reimbursement Manager strategy across the Central region • Enable healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers with information, tools, and resources to help patients start and stay on therapy • Foster communication across Patient Access, Pharmacy Access, Medical, Market Access, Brand Marketing, and Field Sales • Lead, motivate, coach, develop, and retain a diverse team of up to 10 direct reports • Develop short- and long-term strategic plans and manage execution of related tactics • Establish team culture, drive accountability, manage FRM performance, build customer relationships, and achieve team goals • Coach FRMs to use data insights and account-management competencies to address access barriers • Support identification and resolution of patient access and fulfillment obstacles, including Buy & Bill, Medical Benefit, AOB, specialty pharmacy, and pharmacy benefit issues • Build trust-based relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners • Work in the field with minimal supervision • Manage and allocate budget in alignment with team objectives • Carry out responsibilities in adherence to the JJIM Credo, HCC Guidelines, and FRM Rules of Engagement • Report to the Field Director, Field Access & Affordability Solutions, within PECS

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • Minimum of 8 years of healthcare business-related experience required • Knowledge of account management, managed care, and reimbursement principles, including pharmacy and medical benefit/buy-and-bill benefit design, coding, billing, prior authorization, office operations, and appeals processes • 3+ years of direct people management • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and performance success in prior roles • Valid Driver's License in one of the 50 United States • Reside within the geography or be willing to relocate to it • Neuroscience disease-state experience preferred • MBA or other advanced degree/relevant certifications preferred • Experience developing and executing customer-oriented strategies • Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally in a matrix environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills • Experience in the Neuroscience therapeutic market • Commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, preferred • Experience building team AI literacy and confidence, reinforcing trusted and responsible AI use and sound judgment, preferred • Travel up to 75% of the time
