📋 Description

• Own and maintain integrated roadmaps and detailed delivery plans for Transcend and Digital programs • Manage interdependencies with EP and Neuro Supply Chain initiatives • Lead RAID management, including identification, escalation, mitigation, and closure of risks, issues, and action items • Drive resource planning and financial oversight across program waves • Coordinate business SMEs and contractors; track budgets, forecasts, and actuals • Establish and manage value realization tracking and report realized versus projected benefits • Implement and evolve demand intake and governance processes for the Digital portfolio and Transcend backlog • Develop leadership-level reporting, dashboards, and executive forums on program health, dependencies, risks, and outcomes • Deploy and facilitate an EP Digital Community of Practice • Standardize best practices and promote knowledge sharing through training curricula, playbooks, and community forums • Improve ways of working through tools, processes, roles, and automation • Manage project management contractors and junior resources

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is required • Minimum of 8 years relevant work experience • Experience managing projects and programs for large-scale initiatives • Experience creating and executing integrated plans, managing interdependencies, and prioritizing competing activities • Knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies, including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) • Experience identifying, escalating, and mitigating risks and issues • Experience owning portfolio intake/governance, prioritization frameworks, and value realization tracking • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, influencing, collaboration, and communication skills • Experience managing program budgets and resources, including forecasting, variance analysis, and actuals versus plan • Experience designing and delivering executive and operational dashboards and reports • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills • Technical proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, and BI/visualization platforms • Up to 30% domestic and international travel required
