📋 Description

• Coordinate management of a strategic portfolio containing multiple related programs and projects aligned with an enterprise pillar • Partner with business leaders at all levels to envision, define, and initiate programs • Provide direction and guidance to program and project managers • Monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance of component projects and operations • Hold single-point responsibility and authority for multi-program execution • Capture portfolio impact and value creation against strategic objectives • Lead creation and delivery of business and supporting capabilities for multiple programs and projects • Coordinate planning and operational implementation across the strategic portfolio • Manage risks and resolve issues requiring senior-level attention through the EPMO governance structure • Communicate information and recommend criteria for governance actions and decisions with the EPMO • Develop and improve portfolio and program processes • Advise and provide leadership to the program management team • Manage a complex multi-program work environment • Determine and implement a cultural change management plan • Implement communications strategies for cross-program communication, coordination, and support • Prepare and deliver periodic presentations for executive management, the Program Operating Committee, and the Executive Steering Committee • Facilitate cost-benefit analyses and ROI development for each project • Develop program budgets, financial projections, and forecasted ROI • Assist with contract and contractual change negotiations and coordinate proposal, plan, specification, and contract financial-condition preparation • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in job duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management/program management, leading large and complex projects • Minimum 8 years of experience with project management methodologies, concepts, practices, procedures, tools, and/or software packages within a structured PMO environment • Extensive enterprise-level experience and judgment • Ability to navigate complex organizational situations with multiple stakeholders at all enterprise levels • Strong leadership skills to coordinate and motivate program and project teams • Financial management ability to administer budgets across multiple projects and meet ROI, timing, and budget requirements • Ability to drive results through informal authority and consult with key business partners • Proven ability to manage risks and issues across multiple programs • Ability to elicit cooperation from executive and senior management and other departments • Decision-making ability with balanced consideration of business issues • Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills • Strong business aptitude and problem-solving skills • Strategic skills for envisioning, program planning, and forecasting • Willingness to travel as required, estimated at 10% • For remote or hybrid roles, high engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings • Preferred: ability to lead large-scale, multi-phase enterprise initiatives • Preferred: executive stakeholder management and influencing skills • Preferred: strong analytical and performance management capabilities • Preferred: governance and operational process design experience • Preferred: facilitation and change leadership skills, including translating clinical and operational concepts into actionable plans
