📋 Description

• Collect, clean, and validate data from ERP, CRM, and PLM sources • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across SIOP systems and processes • Champion data-driven innovation, efficiency, and business value across departments • Automate data workflows and reporting processes • Support demand forecasting by analyzing historical data, market trends, and seasonality • Identify patterns and anomalies to improve forecast accuracy • Research, evaluate, and implement emerging analytics tools and practices • Monitor inventory levels, turnover rates, and obsolescence risks • Provide insights into supply-demand alignment and capacity utilization • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and operational improvement opportunities • Integrate product lifecycle data, including NPIs and phase-outs, into SIOP models • Run simulations assessing demand shifts, supply constraints, and product transitions • Translate stakeholder needs into analytical dashboards, data solutions, and decision-support tools • Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, operations, IT, and product management teams • Present findings and recommendations to leadership • Lead analytics for cross-functional initiatives and support strategic projects • Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field • 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle • Familiarity with PLM data • Proven ability to manage teams, projects, and timelines in a cross-functional environment • Experience aligning analytics with business goals, performance metrics, reporting standards, and operational KPIs • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely • Detail-oriented approach and passion for solving complex problems through data • Ability to identify problems, formulate solutions, influence others, work independently, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
