📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day technical support for key Data Center Accounts to the Field Sales & Service organization on a global basis via site visit, phone, fax, or email • Drive product reliability through the Continuous Improvement Process for existing and newly introduced products • Provide technical support and interact with quality management and engineering to improve overall lifecycle cost • Create test plans to validate new and existing product equipment offerings • Create novel, differentiated solutions for existing and potential customers • Prioritize internal and external customer needs when making decisions • Drive operational discipline, role clarity, performance transparency, and accountability against critical metrics • Identify and analyze problems and opportunities using quantitative and qualitative information • Establish decision criteria, evaluate alternatives, and make timely decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to travel up to 10% • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related Technical/Scientific field required and 2+ years’ experience • If no degree, 6+ years of technical experience with knowledge of HVAC&R products • Ability to analyze and solve complex product system problems • Proficiency in troubleshooting the refrigeration cycle as applied to air-conditioning duty on Applied Equipment
