📋 Description

• Provide project management support assisting in all aspects of project execution. • Organize key internal and external meetings, including preparation and distribution of meeting materials. • Coordinate and document meeting minutes, ensuring key discussions, decisions, and action items are accurately recorded and communicated to stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with SharePoint naming conventions and document management protocols. • Aid in preparing project status reports by coordinating input from various internal stakeholders. • Apply standard project management methodologies, processes, tools, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. • Support requirements elicitation and management, scope tracking, schedule and milestone coordination, risk and issue management, project documentation, and status reporting. • Support compliance with federal and state Medicaid regulations and CMS guidelines. • Facilitate communication and collaboration among diverse stakeholder groups, including organizing meetings and workshops, capturing decisions and action items, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related field such as Business Administration, Project Management, or Information Technology. • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a support analyst or project coordinator, preferably in a public sector or healthcare IT environment. • Strong understanding of IT Project Management principles and techniques. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, SharePoint) for documentation and reporting. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, maintaining professionalism in all interactions. • Ability to communicate succinctly and accurately in written and verbal English.
