📋 Description

• Deliver assigned learning sessions, including live classroom and web-based learning sessions • Adapt instruction and facilitation style to the audience, content, and technology • Facilitate advanced-level learning materials, processes, and systems across multiple areas of expertise • Develop subject matter expertise in new technology, products, or processes • Serve as a subject matter expert in developing learning materials using the Learning & Development Process • Arrange appropriate learning environments, audiovisual and technical equipment, web access, and handouts • Measure technical training results, including participant reaction, learning, and ability to demonstrate new skills • Provide constructive feedback to learners • Continuously update delivery and coaching skills, including new knowledge-sharing technologies • Work with design and development teams to create learning solutions on time and on budget • Maintain and upgrade lab equipment and computers used in training • Teach technical curriculum for York chillers and partner with instructional designers and learning professionals

🎯 Requirements

• Five plus years of experience with York chillers would be ideal • Five plus years of experience operating and troubleshooting chiller equipment would be ideal • Experience with training, coaching, or teaching is very desirable • Understanding of and ability to communicate the theoretical and practical function, applications, and operations of chiller equipment and components • Experience performing operational checks, monitoring operations, troubleshooting, and startup of York chillers • Strong writing, communication, and facilitation skills • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Education, or something that would support the mission of this position • Ability to collaborate with instructional designers, learning professionals, product managers, program managers, and stakeholders • Personal ethics, quality work, and a positive attitude • Ability to travel to Training Institutes and customer and partner sites across North America
