📋 Description

• Deliver assigned live classroom and web-based learning sessions, synchronously or asynchronously • Adapt instruction and facilitation style to the audience, content, and technology • Facilitate advanced-level learning across multiple areas of expertise • Develop subject matter expertise in new technologies, products, and processes • Serve as a subject matter expert in developing learning materials using the Learning & Development Process • Arrange appropriate learning environments, including rooms, audiovisual and technical equipment, web access, and handouts • Measure technical training results, participant reaction, learning, and demonstrated skills • Provide constructive feedback to learners • Continuously improve delivery and coaching skills, including use of new knowledge-sharing technologies • Collaborate with design and development teams to create learning solutions on time and on budget • Maintain and upgrade lab equipment and training computers • Teach technical curriculum for York chillers and partner with instructional designers and learning professionals

🎯 Requirements

• Five plus years of experience with York chillers would be ideal • Experience performing operational checks, monitoring operations, troubleshooting, and startup of York chillers • Five plus years of experience operating and troubleshooting chiller equipment would be ideal • Experience with training, coaching, or teaching is very desirable • Strong writing, communication, and facilitation skills • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Education, or a related field • Ability to understand and communicate the theoretical and practical function, applications, and operations of chiller equipment and components • Ability to collaborate with instructional designers, learning professionals, product managers, program managers, and stakeholders
