📋 Description

• Lead the Company’s enterprise data strategy, governance, business intelligence, analytics, and data management capabilities • Ensure enterprise data is trusted, accessible, secure, actionable, and aligned with strategic business priorities • Partner with executive, operational, clinical, technology, business, AI, and external stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions and insights • Lead teams responsible for data governance, business intelligence, analytics engineering, data services, and data product management • Complete Snowflake optimization, certified data, and semantic layer initiatives • Deliver actionable business and leadership insights and feedback on key performance indicators • Establish data governance practices, performance metrics, quality standards, committees, roles, processes, and policies • Define data cataloging, data dictionary, data lineage, and data and metric definition strategies • Lead the design, measurement, and monitoring of company KPIs and priority metrics • Influence enterprise priorities and ensure delivery of high-value data and analytics initiatives • Champion enterprise data literacy and promote effective use of data, analytics, and performance insights • Build, lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams and leaders • Provide performance management, coaching, feedback, succession planning, and career development • Establish data governance, quality, lineage, and metadata standards supporting AI and advanced analytics • Create a trusted, scalable, discoverable data ecosystem enabling self-service analytics, machine learning, and AI applications • Partner with business, technology, and AI leaders to operationalize data products for automation, predictive analytics, and agentic AI • Ensure data assets comply with security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI principles • Develop a multi-year data strategy and roadmap for AI and emerging technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems/Technology, or related field • 10+ years of experience leading data management, governance, and business intelligence functions • 3+ years of experience with healthcare industry data • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and certified/semantic data layers • 7+ years of leadership experience, including 3+ years leading managers • Experience with healthcare data warehouse design and builds, specifically Snowflake • Experience establishing data governance frameworks, data catalogs, quality standards, scorecards, access controls, and data-sharing policies • Experience delivering enterprise BI and data platform enhancements, including requirements gathering, technology partnership, implementation, and change management • Experience presenting data strategy, governance, and business performance insights to executive audiences • Experience with Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, or similar analytics and visualization platforms • Advanced SQL skills and deep experience with cloud data warehouse technologies; Snowflake required • Understanding of cloud infrastructure fundamentals, including Azure VMs, Azure SQL, IaaS, and PaaS • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams and leaders • Experience managing managers and individual contributors • Ability to set priorities, align teams to business objectives, and drive accountability • Effective change leadership skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Preferred: Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field • Preferred: Experience with Epic EMR data model (Clarity) • Knowledge of healthcare business processes within physician practices and related application software in an integrated delivery system • Ability to travel between Company locations and out-of-town destinations as needed, up to 15% • Ability to perform duties involving sitting, standing, walking, and potentially lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 15 lbs. • May require safety equipment for infection prevention
