📋 Description

• Lead the treatment team alongside providers, care navigators, and administrators • Serve as the expert on addiction and recovery and coordinate member treatment decisions • Manage and further develop clinical skills and knowledge related to the clinical service model • Adhere to Groups Recovery System and provide consistent, high-quality counseling activities • Conduct intake assessments to evaluate individuals’ appropriateness for the program • Complete assigned clinical assessments each day • Provide individual support, including crisis intervention, referrals, liaison with outside parties, and coordination with Care Navigators • Use the custom EMR to efficiently document member progress • Partner with providers to evaluate treatment appropriateness for each member • Manage compliance activities related to member admission requirements and documentation • Participate in training for upkeep of licensure • Document care coordination needs handled by Care Navigators • Represent the treatment team in discussions of difficult members • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Full licensure required: LADC, LCSW/LISW, LCAC, LMFT, or LPCC/LMHC • Ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states • Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting • Minimum two years of experience completing intakes in a SUD setting • High comfort level with technology, including EMR, email, software, and mobile apps such as Google Apps • Deep investment in member success • Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and accountability • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships • Ability to make objective clinical decisions demonstrating sound judgment and reflecting Groups Recovery System and harm reduction philosophy • Commitment to high ethical standards • Team-oriented approach • Access to reliable internet and telephone services, with download speeds over 40 Mbps, upload speeds over 10 Mbps, and a strong WiFi signal from the remote work location
