• Provide exceptional customer service and help members troubleshoot treatment-related issues • Oversee day-to-day admission operations • Manage member admissions and virtual workflows, including check-in/out, payments, prescriptions, and drug screens • Complete an average of 15 intakes per day • Enter and maintain member information accurately and promptly in the EMR • Coordinate member appointments with medical providers and address member needs, including appointment changes • Send appointment reminders and reschedule appointments as necessary • Welcome prospective members and serve as the first contact for members • Ensure accurate and timely completion of admission forms • Confirm insurance eligibility and sign-up information; refer members for financial or insurance assistance • Guide members on insurance plans and utilization requirements, including network eligibility and copayments • Answer general office-level questions and connect members with appropriate contacts when needed • Assist members with the urine drug screen process during intake • Meet regularly with the supervisor to identify and correct problem areas and improve services • Comply with company policies, procedures, and local, state, and federal regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree (completed or in-progress) preferred • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role • Experience working in a virtual environment and using related technology; healthcare, insurance eligibility, retail or hospitality experience preferred • Fluency with Excel/spreadsheets and Google Apps (Gmail and Google Docs) • Experience with working in and maintaining an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) • Access to reliable internet and telephone services, specifically 40M download and 10M upload package or higher as well as a strong WiFi signal from your remote work location • Must meet pre-employment requirements and maintain all applicable state and job-related guidelines for background screening; depending on state-specific requirements, this may include fingerprinting, drug testing, and health screening • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize with minimal supervision • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential and highly sensitive information • Ability to problem solve quickly and independently • Ability to work with a team as well as an independent contributor • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships • Effective time management skills • Ability to work evenings, as needed • Ability to understand and adhere to the Code of Conduct • Ability to respond positively to changing situations • Ability to work as a team member, demonstrating maturity and objectivity
