📋 Description

• Help the Marriott Client Services team achieve success for Marriott client projects daily • Help hotel and resort clients achieve strategic goals and maximize online visibility by supporting Account Managers • Facilitate client requests such as website updates and strategy changes • Assist Account Managers in retaining accounts through strong relationships with key decision makers and users • Assist Account Managers in providing strategic recommendations to improve clients’ online visibility • Collaborate with Team Leads and Account Managers to prioritize assigned tasks • Complete assigned projects and tasks in a timely manner • Continually learn products and services to provide solutions for clients’ digital marketing goals • Provide the highest level of customer service possible

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business from an accredited college or equivalent experience • Knowledge of Digital Marketing with strong Internet research skills • Analytical and reporting skills • Excellent customer relationship skills with the ability to grow and retain strategic accounts • Ability to wear multiple hats • Outstanding verbal / written communication and presentation skills • Works well in a team environment and is a self-starter • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately • Computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Internet technologies • Enhanced administrative skills and attention to detail • Strong interest in client-facing interactions
