📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, and meet or exceed new business targets • Present JoVE products online and in person to researchers, teaching faculty, and academic librarians • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline through emails, calls, and in-person meetings • Analyze trends and make data-driven decisions based on work priorities • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success on sales targets, renewals, team projects, and campaigns • Attend trade shows and participate in other marketing activities

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech, STEM Publishing or SaaS • Proven ability to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts in a fast-paced, results-driven environment • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in-person and online • Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to learn new skills • Willingness to travel at least 2 days per week is required
